Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, then drain excess fat, breaking it up with a spoon, 5-6 minutes until no pink remains.
